Myocardial Perfusion Abnormalities in Patients with Hereditary Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy: A Study of Three Cases and Review of the Literature

Introduction: Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) belongs to the very heterogeneous group of cardiomyopathies. This study aimed myocardial perfusion abnormalities on scintigraphy and assess risk sudden death from ventricular arrhythmia in hereditary sarcomeric HCM. Patients Methods: is a retrospective prospective descriptive over 18 months (January 01, 2021, July 31, 2022) records patients with diagnosis hypertrophic or without rhythm disorders who have undergone scintigraphy. Results: Three were included. The average age our was 66 years old. Dyspnea primary symptomatology found patients. One patient presented syncope unsustained tachycardia. His score for ESC at five estimated 6.45%, received an ICD prevention. 3.78%. mean LV wall thickness 20 mm. maximum left intraventricular gradient 39 mmHg. Myocardial fibrosis present all normal cases. Conclusion: rhythmic multifactorial constitutes significant prognostic factor.
